akt supports LGBTQ+ young people aged 16-25 in the UK who are facing or experiencing homelessness or living in a hostile environment. They support young people into safe homes and employment, education or training, in a welcoming and open environment that celebrates LGBTQ + identities.

The Mix is a support service for young people to help them take on any challenge they're facing - from mental health to money, from homelessness to finding a job, from break-ups to drugs. Young people can talk to them via their online community, on social, through their free, confidential helpline or their counselling service.
Mermaids provide support to young people who feel at odds with their birth gender, through their helpline (Mon - Fri, 9am - 9pm) and website.
Switchboard provides a one-stop listening service for LGBT+ people on the phone, by email and through Instant Messaging.
YC Hertfordshire have LGBTQ+ support groups across the county.
Young Pride in Herts run youth groups for LGBT 13 - 25 years.
