Inclusion Support Assistant: Behaviour and Intervention

37 hours per week, term time only, H6 (currently £23,080-25,481 pro rata per annum), fixed term for 1 year

We are seeking a skilled and capable individual with the expertise to join our successful student pastoral team to support young people to improve their standards of conduct and behaviour. They will have a track record of working with young people with complex behaviour/pastoral needs and will have the ability to devise and deliver bespoke interventions and targeted support. A knowledge of the Hertfordshire Steps programme is desirable but not essential.

Making use of evidence-informed practices, this individual will form an important part of our Inclusion strategy to support students with managing personal challenges, addressing and overcoming barriers learning.
